Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email which contains a tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real time. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us: pooch@poochandmutt.com. You can also visit 'Order History' in your account to view the progress of your order.
What's your returns policy?
If you have changed your mind you can return an item to us if the product is unopened and in a resell-able state. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened but your dog does not like the food.
If you have a subscription with us, we will send you a reminder email 3 days prior to your order being dispatched so as to give you plenty of time to ensure you still want the order or if you would prefer to move it back to a later date.
To return an item to us, please send it to the address below, including your order number and contact details in your parcel. Please note, this is not a free post address and you will need to return an item this way if:
1. You have set up a subscription recurring order but have changed your mind.
2. You would like to cancel your order but it has already been processed.

The product I ordered is missing from my order.
Please contact us at carnilove@vafo.cz. ant let us know which order this concerns (order number) and which product and how many items were not delivered to you. We will forward your complaint to the claims department, which will verify the completeness of the shipment using surveillance footage and provide us with a statement, which we will forward to you immediately so we can resolve the situation together.
I ordered the wrong item/the item doesn't suit me, so I need to return it.
You may return the merchandise within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please send returned products to the following address:

Merchandise may only be returned in the condition in which it was delivered. Please include the completed form in the package. As soon as we receive the package, we will inspect the returned goods, and if everything is in order, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products.
A damaged item arrived in my order.
Please contact us at carnilove@vafo.cz. and let us know which order this concerns (order number), which product, and how many items arrived damaged. Please include photos of the damaged product in your email that clearly show the defect. We will forward your claim to our claims department, which will verify the quality of the packaging using surveillance footage and provide us with a statement. We will then forward this statement to you immediately, and we will work together to resolve the situation.
Is it okay to mix dry and wet food?
Yes, and it's often recommended! Especially when you're looking to nab the benefits of both.

When it comes to finding the best food for your pet and their needs, mixing both wet and dry food can be a great way to benefit from a wide range of ingredients and target specific health conditions.
How much food should I feed my dog/cat?
The amount of food your pet eats is very dependent on their size, age, breed and health condition, so it’s a good idea to check with your vet if you aren’t entirely sure. To help you out, there’s portion guidance on every Carnilove packaging or product page. It’s up to you how often you feed your pet, but once in the morning and once at night is usually fine.
How does the reward program work?
You earn points by shopping and interacting with us and in return we reward you for being a loyal customer. Some of these rewards are for money off vouchers to spend online, free products or you can simply use your points in a philanthropic way to make charitable donations. However, we’re always looking at more and better rewards in the future so stay in the loop because we’ll be adding to these all the time.
Can I try Carnilove without subscribing?
Yes, you can buy as you normally would on the website as well as having recurring subscription orders.
